If you purchased directly from our Pure Planet website and are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a refund for sixty (60) days after purchase. The date of purchase is the ship date for online orders. You will receive a full refund for items which you aren’t fully satisfied. These will be refunded in the original form of payment.

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Please call our office at 1-800-695-2017 to inform us of your return. Carefully package your return item along with a copy of your receipt and mail within sixty (60) days to:
